Paul Bocuse

Today marks the end of an era, the passing of Paul Bocuse. We were lucky enough to dine at his eponymous restaurant in 2016, its 50th year in Lyon.

Our meal was fabulous, the service impeccable. We had the tasting menu at lunch, why not? The dining room was mostly empty, save some teetotaling asian tourists and some old French guys celebrating a birthday.
